Greg Bulloch, P.E. - Company Owner
Since beginning work with his dad on a survey crew at age 13, Greg has over 30 years experience in civil engineering and land surveying. In addition to his civil engineering responsibilities, he has served as project manager, project engineer and construction engineer specialist. He continues to be responsible for design and review of drainage/flood studies, water, sewer and storm drain systems, highway design, land development planning and special improvement projects. His responsibilities also include the preparation and review of all estimates, engineering reports and contracts.

Daniel Bulloch, P.E. Company Owner
In 1978 Danny began his career in the land surveying and engineering business as a summer hire rod man on a survey crew. Since that time he has accumulated over 30 years experience in the engineering business working on a vast array of projects from small single family home plot and grading plans to multi-million dollar special improvement districts and public works projects. Danny graduated from rod man to survey party chief to junior engineer, to construction engineer, to construction manager, to senior engineer and finally to co-owner of Bulloch Brothers Engineering, Inc. Danny continues to be involved in all aspects of the business and is responsible for the design and review of construction plans and specifications for all types of projects including sewer, water, storm drain and major highway projects. He is also responsible for the preparation and review of flood studies, construction estimates, project reports and studies.

Victor Campbell - Professional Land Surveyor
Victor has over 36 years experience in land surveying. His responsibilities include design/drafting plans, profiles and plats; researching and preparing jobs for survey, compiling and checking field work for office personnel and calculating and preparing legal descriptions for surveys. He is the Survey Department Manager for Bulloch Brothers Engineering.

James Hartley
During his 16 years of experience, James has completed a variety of tasks including civil design and entering those designs of infrastructure, commercial projects and residential subdivisions into the computer system with the use of AutoCAD CIVIL 3D AND GIS. This work includes all phases of utilities, grading and drainage. James specializes in the area of hydrology design and drainage for specific locations, calculating the design and completing the necessary documentation for submittal to the engineer for review and approval. James has been the network administrator for multiple offices and now manages the network for Bulloch Brothers.
